We created the WISE Code of Conduct Book and launched an engagement campaign, integrating visuals and interactive elements to foster understanding and adherence.
We designed the book with visuals of Orkla’s core business "spices" to create a strong organizational connection. The book illustrated expected behaviors through relatable scenarios, making the guidelines clear and engaging.
The campaign was launched with teaser emailers highlighting common workplace dilemmas to build anticipation for the book. We introduced the acronym WISE, emphasizing four core conduct principles with the slogan "Be WISE."
To reinforce these principles, we created an interactive jigsaw puzzle, promoting team collaboration and deeper understanding of the conduct guidelines.
Our strategic approach ensured widespread awareness and integration of the Code of Conduct, fostering a unified and consistent culture across Orkla. The visual and interactive elements drove engagement and commitment to the company's standards of behavior.
